Urgent Care
Since our leadership is based on physician ownership, the heart of our center is a hand-selected physician staff specializing in urgent healthcare needs. This team of doctors is supported by medical professionals and administrative personnel that ensure compassionate and convenient high-quality care. And, Summa Western Reserve Hospital Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine physicians work closely with local primary care physicians to ensure excellent continuity of each patient’s needs.
Extended office hours allow patients a better chance of getting immediate care during off hours or weekends. Walk-ins are always welcome, or call for an appointment. Laboratory and x-ray services are also available on-site for patient convenience.
Our physicians are specially trained to treat:
- Cold, flu, and fever
- Allergies and infections
- Minor cuts
- Rashes
- Sprains, strains, and broken bones
- Sports, school, and college physicals
- Drug screens
- Worker’s compensation injuries

Summa Western Reserve Hospital’s urgent care facility is specially designed to offer medical treatment when you need it most. If you are suffering from chest pain, shortness of breath or head trauma call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
